  13. Can anyone give me an idea of the use of parametric specifications in autocad?
  14. I have been told that some third party programs allow this. Essentially, I am
  15. looking for creating drawings with dimensions that are "symbolic", so that
  16. associating actual numbers with the symbols will automatically resize and redraw
  17. the picture to scale.

  19. Have people any ideas about such capabilities? Any experience with these
  20. packages? Prices, addresses ...?
