  15.      Information about program to produce PostScript from 
  16.      AutoCAD's HP DraftPro EXL plot file.
  17.      I done program for our own use and it nowadays can really 
  18.      only convert Encoded Polyline type plot files. I have thougth
  19.      that I will some day make it to support more common HPGL.

  21.      ExlToPs rel 2.4 
  22.           -    shows plot on screen while processing plot file
  23.           -    different pens plots on screen with user defined colors
  24.           -    PostScript linewidths by plot pens can be defined
  25.           -    requires VGA, MsDos 3.3 or later
