  21. Hi there-- There's nothing wrong with quartz.  We had a little bit
  22. of downtime last week due to a power failure on campus, but that was
  23. last Tuesday (1/19) night.  If the machine quartz is particularly
  24. loaded at the time you call, it might take some time (perhaps a
  25. minute) to get a login prompt; there's nothing I can do about that
  26. short of a hardware upgrade which isn't going to happen.
