  13. I am trying to get logon  information for a library patron at Barton
  14. College in Wilson NC.  My patron wants to telnet  to Quartz.Rutgers.edu,
  15. a bbs, but she is having trouble with the connection.

  17. The domain name is correct
  18. and the remote host appears to except the telnet command but after that
  19. there is no response from the remote host;  no opportunity to login, no
  20. response whatsoever!  Has anybody else experienced this?  If do you have a
