- I've seen the "personal" VOC printouts, with last transit to
- your natal chart. I haven't decided whether these are better
- than "mundane" VOC charts. Why don't you write to Al H. Morrison
- and ask him? He's the "father" of VOC watching (Kepler would
- be the grandfather...).
-
- He's at Box 75, Old Chelsea Station, New York, NY 10113-0075.
- If you include an SASE, a $ or two, and your time zone he'll
- send a year's VOC ephemeris, with a 3-page explanation.
-
- I don't find that "nothing happens." If you start a
- project to learn something, seek insights you've missed
- in the past, or aesthetically enjoy things, you should
- be successful during a VOC.
-
- If you try to get ahead, show how smart you are, make
- money, or make a major decision during a VOC, your goals
- will not be acheived. You will be offered a lesson to
- learn. Whether you choose to learn it is up to you.
-
- You can approach the same event from either frame
- of mind. Let's say you have a presentation to some
- important people, and the Moon is VOC. If you walk
- in with the attitude, "I'm incredibly smart, and they'll
- immeadiately think so too. I'll present my proposal,
- and they'll agree with me completely and give me the
- $1,000,000 I'm asking them for. If they're stupid
- and have some silly objections, I'll forcefully argue
- my case until they agree. I won't take no for an answer."
-
- Or you could come in with, "The Moon's VOC, so I'm sure
- I'll fail. They'll probably point out something
- I've missed. I'll listen keenly to what they say.
- Afterwards, I'll take a walk in the park and
- ponder everything I learn today. Maybe I'll
- see what I've done wrong, and this will help
- me be successful in the future."
