  10. Dave, you seem to have read a lot about the subject, but have failed to
  11. investigate it on a personal level.  The problem you have here is that you
  12. are talking to people who use astrology every day.  We know that it works and
  13. we know that by using the information we can get by looking at a natal chart
  14. we can help ourselves and others to understand the workings of the personality.
  15. When you have intimate knowledge of a subject and use it everyday it is rather
  16. difficult to be objective when someone comes along and says that it doesn't
  17. have validity.  It's a little like trying to tell a mathematician that numbers
  18. are just a symbol and can have no impact on reality.

  20. What I am trying to tell you is, it is nice to have these conversations with
  21. you, but you are not going to find any converts here.  If you want to talk to
  22. someone who can listen and agree with your assessment of the reality of your
  23. scientific view you'll have to find someone who hasn't found the time and
  24. interest to use Astrology.
