  28. This is not true.  I agree that he goes to public media (i.e. tv talk
  29. shows) and proceeds to show things like how he can bend spoons and such,
  30. and says that other people who do it are just like him and don't have
  31. any special powers.  I agree that this is not proof that they do not
  32. have psychic powers.  This is just demonstration.  But his reward is
  33. done by experiment that you and he both design and agree to.  For
  34. example, he had a number of dowsers who agreed to detect water running
  35. through 1 of 10 pipes a few inches underground in a small area.  All failed.
