Hello everyone,

Lots of the regulars don't seem to be around or are too busy to post/reply
and I miss the interaction.  Hope all is well with you.

The wildness of Uranus and the visionary power of Neptune are building to a
peak.  The observation of Uranus energy is much easier than trying to spot
a Neptune thing (such an elusive quality).  Take a moment and list some of
the changes that have already come into your lives, from within or directed
at you.  And list some that are to come to you through knowledge of pending
events.  Then leave room on the list for all the unexpected events that
WILL occur.  The beauty of astrology is knowing when major changes will
occur.  Past postings have already dealt with this subject so I won't
elaborate, just muse on a bit more about the subject.

The earthquake predicted for Calif.  Let me muse on a Saturn cycle.  From a
personal point of view, during the early 60's, it was  VERY popular to pull
up stakes and move out to California, lank of milk and honey, good $ and
beautiful weather.  We had several friends who pioneered.  Saturn has come
back to that point of great influx of population.  There was a statictic at
that time of a million people a week pouring into L.A. and California in
general.

If the truth holds for the 29 1/2 yrs cycle of Saturn, then that influx of
people could reverse.  Think about it. Why?  Where will they go?  The
Berlin Wall went up and came down in a Saturn cycle.

I'm finishing up my Uranian class and want to say it has been quite an
experience.  There is a tremendous amount of information to disseminate but
I think I have the main idea.  That idea is to use the techniques taught to
do speed analysis - antiscia, solstice points, midpoints, 360 and 90 degree
dials, tnp's, 30 degree sorts, 6 personal points and 6 house systems.
whew!!.  Will have to work with all of them until I find what is good for
me.  Lots of so called Uranians use just the 90 degree dial and tnps -
teacher didn't like that.
Said tnps are used just for mundane work.  However, when tnps are inserted
into charts, they are wild - they work. Teacher is very much the
traditionalist - yes, a contradiction in tersm.  I'm going to try working
with the 360 dial and learn more about the tnps.  Just what we need - 8
more symbols.

The practise charts used in class were mostly the event(mundane) charts -
it is the when and where precisely something has occurred.  The point in
looking at past charts, of course,  is to be able to pick a good electional
chart for an event.
More wildness::::
Yesterday, not to far from where I live, a house was blown to smithereens -
just the chimney standing and about 200 are still evacuated from the
surrounding homes.  The gas explosions (no one home or hurt) happened about
3:30 pm so I ran a chart for the date time and location.  Absolutely
amazing.  I don't have the chart with me today but Zeus was on the
ascendent exactly - that delineation is a directed force in the local
environment.  and Vulcanus was about one degree off the 4th house cusp -
that is intensity of purpose, greatest strength, force, power, fate - the
4th house is roots, below.  Just the transit of Uran/Nep would be enough I
guess but I don't think they were angular on this chart.  Sorry, did the
chart late last night and didn't think to bring it in.  Will do so if
anyone is interested.  This morning, there was a serious accident within 2
mi or so.  The energy stayed in this area for a while I guess.



Other musings.  Bill and Hillary -  Was it on t.v. guide cover where
Hillary is whispering someting into Bill's ear while he is smiling and
looking elsewhere.  Good Scorpio!  She won't miss much.  Saw her Tuesday
eve, in lovely black, another gown - red and last night - was that black or
navy.  Stunning. During the ceremonies, as most first ladies have done, she
wore a great Scorpio hat.  One that covers a lot of the head, or face is
good Scorpio.  Check out some Scorpios - they love to have hair covering
their face or a hat under which to be incognito.  Jack K. may have been a
Gemini, but many of his planets were in #8!  That lovely shock of auburnish
abundant hair coming over his forehead..

What great Libraness from Bill.  He will really depend on his graciousness
and politico savvy this year.  He does have a Mars/Neptune conj.  This
combination can be very tricky.  I've seen this combo in great people -
some visionaries, some serial killers.  Peter Max, the artist, was on Larry
King last night and was talking about and displaying his posters and t
shirts made especially for yesterdays celebration.  He said he became
obsessed with the portrait of Bill and went way beyond the original order,
excluding everying in his life for about 31 days..  He took the portrait
and silk screened it in a variety of colors and color combinations.  The
portraits were displayed all at once on a wall and it was like looking at a
kaleidescope - Bill in all colors, Bill light, Bill dark, Bill circus -will
the real Bill Clinton please stand up!  A bit freaky - the results of
studying the symbolism of astrology can be strong intuition - I will hope
that it means that Bill will have to be a many sided individual to handle
what is on his plate now and nothing more.
