- I have also had little white worm creatures arise in my aquarium. My
- aquarium is 38 gal and contains one 5yr old tiger oscar and a jack dempsey
- of the same age. I took a sample to the lab where I work (grad student in
- aquatic ecology) and identified it as some species of tubifex worm. I'm
- not saying your critters are the same thing but just an idea. I figured they
- were not hurting anything so I let them be. And after two years my fish dont seem to mind them either.
