- other environmentalists, Florida will phase out the collection of coral rock
- in Federal waters off the Florida Coral Reef Tract over the next three years;
- harvest from state waters is already banned. Coral rock, still teeming with
- living creatures, has been harvested at the rate of one to three tons a day in
- the area to supply saltwater aquariums."
