  27. I'm not sure if the person that wrote about "hampster ball reality"
  28. wants advice or not. But here is my advice.

  30. If you really want a new outlook on life, know that your life has
  31. meaning and purpose, Volunteer.
  32.  
  33. I am a wildlife rehabilitator. This requires a great deal of time
  34. and commitment. Other volunteer efforts can require as little as
  35. two hours a month, or even just once a year.
  36.  
  37. you could-

  39. teach someone to read
  40. make tape recordings for the blind (read books on tape)
  41. volunteer on a crisis hotline
  42. help out Blue Santa
  43. volunteer at a food bank
  44. write letters to congress people for causes you believe in
  45. volunteer at parks, with groups that repair trails ect.
  46. help local organizations plant trees on arbor day
  47. volunteer at a recycle center
  48.  
  49. The point is, there are thousands of groups out there that need you.
  50. Some of these groups only require a couple hours a month. But you
  51. do need to be dependable. If you have any hobbies you like, or
  52. talents, there is a volunteer group out there that can use you.
