  18.     I am a a information researcher for the Federation
  19. I am currently looking for people who are knowledgable in theoretical physics
  20. chemestry, engineering and has a working knoledge of quasi crystals. The
  21. Federation Science Academy has come up against several walls and find
  22. themselves in need of assistance from people who have far more experience and
  23. far more knowlegde in the ares they are trying to work in. 
  24.     I would be more specific but this is not my feild, mine is medical.
