- ACLO and DCLO are signals that every power supply puts on the UNIBUS to tell
- every controller that the power is going/has gone. You are connecting these
- signals from each VAX to the other one through the BA11's power supply.
- Hence either VAX thinks that it has lost a needed power supply if the other
- VAX is powered down.
