  11. ACLO and DCLO are signals that every power supply puts on the UNIBUS to tell
  12. every controller that the power is going/has gone. You are connecting these
  13. signals from each VAX to the other one through the BA11's power supply.
  14. Hence either VAX thinks that it has lost a needed power supply if the other
  15. VAX is powered down.
