  13.     Here is my problem, I am trying to export a disk from
  14.     VMS to a unix system. I have access to the disk on unix,
  15.     but when I try to modify a file or create a directory on 
  16.     unix I get "permission denied".

  18.     Could you send me an example of this procedure? I supect
  19.     the problem is an incomplete uid/gid translation, but I
  20.     am not sure this is the problem. I can access the disk from
  21.     root on the unix system, but not from a non authorized
  22.     account.
