  31. There have been some Q-bus multiplexors (from Emulex and possibly others)
  32. that support 38.4K when the OS sets the speed to some little-used value
  33. like 2000 baud.  Bear in mind, though, the the VMS terminal driver doesn't
  34. have terrific throughput, and you probably can't support streaming 38.4 K
  35. on an MVII.

  37. The fact that the VMS driver doesn't support RTS/CTS handshaking is another
  38. drawback to high-speed transfers.  The WorldBlazer will do XON/XOFF, but
  39. somewhat less efficiently.

  41. I see (looking back) that I'm assuming that you're using VMS.  If you're
  42. using UNIX, your mileage may vary.
