  27.   It is worth adding to this that HR (RFC1123) prohibits setting
  28. reprocessing of SMTP channels at intervals of less than, if I recall, 30
  29. minutes.  The rationale for that was general concern about network
  30. resources but also recognition of the tendency you mention-- i.e., it is
  31. a waste of resources and can cause congestion on busy systems and it
  32. rarely accomplishes much anyway.
