  12. My landlady has a cat she is looking to place in a good home. She has had him
  13. for over a year now, but is busy and not in the best of health, and feels that
  14. she is not giving him the attention and care that he needs. This is not an
  15. emergency situation, but she would like to place him in a good home fairly
  16. soon. He is a:

  19. male
  20. neutered
  21. 5+ years old (approx)
  22. fully vaccinated with certificate
  23. indoor
  24. black
  25. fat
  26. well mannered and housetrained, with no bad habits
  27. named "Mister" at the current time

  29. I can speak for all of the above, as I fostered him for several months, after
  30. I found him as a stray with a severe eye infection. He lost one eye due to
  31. this infection (caused by a air-rifle pellet in his eye), but he is not gross
  32. or disfigured, just lopsided... :)
