  12. My 8-year-old daughter has been devouring books by Enid Blyton (in the
  13. "Five...", "The ... of Adventure" and "The Mystery of..." series).
  14. She's read the ones I have from my childhood, and our local library
  15. system has very few.  I've picked up the odd one at bazaars or
  16. rummage sales.
