- He listens. The sound is rhythmic, white. It enters his being, and tunes it.
- He sits for a while, absorbed in the flow. Briefly, the sound changes,
- something else enters in. He is disturbed by the change, but it is short, and
- the disturbance subsides into the hum. It happens again, a bit longer this
- time. He does not like this, and drives the sound from his self,
- concentrating only on the smooth rhythm underneath. The intrusion persists,
- attempting to overpower the background. He envelops himself in the whiteness.
- The intrusion subsides slowly, defeated. He relaxes, aimless, into the noise.
