  21. for a long time, i was not able to fully awake until after i had
  22. poured a pot of brackish, steaming coffee down my willing gullet.
  23. my cravings drove me to sordid ends, selling my birthright for a 
  24. double espresso.
  25. but i have been off of coffee for two whole days now, and i know
  26. that with your help, i'll be able to pull through the constant
  27. throbbing headaches and sleepless nights, until i can become just
  28. like all of you; a normal, drug-free citizen.
