  16. Subject: Dutch chemical plant explodes due to typing error

  18. In the first half of this year the chemical factory Cindu exploded causing
  19. several deaths and a chaos. It was confirmed yesterday that a simple typing
  20. error led to this tragic accident. Apparently the computerised chemical
  21. processing installation was fed with data in which a comma was placed at a
  22. wrong digit, causing the wrong amount of chemicals to be mixed in the
  23. installation. This led to an enormous explosion and the closure of the
  24. factory.

  26. The Dutch news said that the responsible person has been found and he 
  27. will be charged with negligible conduct causing death.
