  23. Well, as it happens, mere minutes ago I was waiting for my car to be
  24. fixed and they had a Jane Mansfield expert on the Joan Rivers show.
  25. For the record: She was not in a convertible, it only ended up that
  26. way after it went under the truck.  Her head did not come off, only
  27. a wig and most of her scalp.  The photograph of this on the hood
  28. apparently is what started this rumor.  Cause of death was said to be
  29. lacerations by glass and trauma of the accident.
