  20. is the senior female figure).  he is the one who 
  21. thinks that he can observe without obstructing the 
  22. behavior and activities of those around him, yet he 
  23. is intrusive and because he is a symbol of authority 
  24. his presence is felt too heavily by those he desires 
  25. to watch and thus he will never achieve what he most 
  26. wants to be; the invisible omniscient.  since he has 
  27. tenure, he will not go away and leave wild youth to 
  28. persue their desires uninhibitedly.
