- millions of years of evolution have finally converged to produce a culture
- that enjoys the sight of gratuitous violence committed against members of
- their own species. what the fuck went wrong?
-
- evolution has made me, a beautifully inept grad student, able to write and
- think worthless thoughts which do nothing to advance my position in this
- loser food chain. i should be perpetually trying to get ahead so that i
- might procreate as much as possible and spread my genome around the globe.
-
- instead i walk around my apartment wondering what to do while i wait for
- my meal to be cooked. i have no t.v. i have a stereo but it is not usually
- enough to occumy my mind unless i am really tired. i'm not really tired. i
- didn't want to read more science papers (although i should) so i sit down
- and write this drivel. i need more water now.
