  32. That's because the evidence is overwhelming and it can be
  33. demonstrated as a fact. I'm not confident that I could
  34. present overwhelming evidence that any particular piece of
  35. legislation would significantly affect peoples' beliefs or 
  36. actions.

  53. Sure it is.  You concluded that the absence of evidence
  54. which proves that abortion laws are effective is grounds
  55. for rejecting the enactment of abortion laws.  I'm asking
