  48. when one holds to the INVIOLATE INTRINSIC MORAL VALUE OF ALL HUMAN LIFE. }

  51. the NEED for abortions, and not on Outlawing them as some mystical
  52. Means of Winning the War on Drugs^H^H^H^HAbortions, we might see
  53. that as a meaningful step towards a solution.
