  27. The Berkeley address isn't supposed to be "well-known", a friend of
  28. mine has said to me; ie, it will work, but it's not really supposed to
  29. be used.  The official way of doing it all is to email the article
  30. to the university of Texas.  Thus:

  36. Similarly for other newsgroups (ie replace dots by hyphens, and mail to the
  37. same host).  It worked for me, it works for Casper, should work for
  38. anyone.
