  15. Greetings.  I have just today found the 1991/1992 GSRP informational and 
  16. application packet, but I have been unable to reach anyone about getting 
  17. the 1993/1994 packet.  The obvious phone numbers in this document are no
  18. longer in service, and the deadline for proposal submission is 01 February.
  19.  
  20. If anyone has any information about this program, contacts, phone numbers
  21. or email addresses, I would greatly appreciate the e-mail.
