  27. Since several people have been convicted of participating in this
  28. scheme, I'd like to remind everyone that it isn't ``supposedly''.
  29. They really did this.  The only point still under dispute is whether
  30. Reagan somehow managed to be unaware that this was illegal.  (Sorry.)
