  20.   Pegasus No.2 in April, 1990? Maybe this is true, but it seems
  21.   a very strange way for OSC to be operating.

  23.   By the way, please do not take my pointing out Pegasus
  24.   difficulties as being an indication that I am anti-Pegasus.
  25.   I like this system, alot. I am merely using it as the most
  26.   recent example of a space booster which has not maintained
  27.   its schedule, something it is my contention will happen
  28.   to DC as well.
