  11.     Um, please pardon the question from a mathematically
  12. illiterate person, but how do you extrapolate a peak?
  13.     Seems like you could make a guess as to the value at
  14. some point outside the available data, but I don't see how that
  15. tells you anything about the points, also outside the data, on
  16. either side of the point (2.45MeV) of interest.
