  35. I try never to make direct allusions to the life and times
  36. of Adolf Hitler unless Ted Kaldis or Jack Schmidling are
  37. listening, no matter the provocation, and I won't break
  38. that rule here, but I'm sorely tempted (and they just
  39. might be...).

  41. Let's just say that this is the sort of intellectual
  42. dishonesty that results in pronouncements that certain
  43. regions of philosophy are off-limits to exploration of
  44. a certain kind.
