  24. All right, then, despite the fact that it is costing hundreds if not
  25. thousands of dollars to send this message everywhere, I'll say that I'd
  26. like to see s.p.r. created, if the details can be ironed out, and I will
  27. add that I don't read s.p. because the signal to noise ratio is too low.

  29. on there, I haven't been missing much.)
