  30. i used to run Mathematica on a Mac II with a Connectix's Virtual (in
  31. fact, i beta tested a couple of versions of their product using
  32. mathematica) with no problem. The system 7 virtual is much slower than
  33. connectix's [and 7.1's virtual is impossibly bad] and is pretty awful
  34. (its standard apple policy to take the work of third part developer's and
  35. make an inferior version of their own).
