- Your friend is mistaken when he says there is only 1 possible case for
- a single person winning the superbowl, unless the exact state of the
- universe (i.e., an infinite set) can be described at the time your
- friend wins the superbowl. There are an infinite number of possible
- ways that your friend could win the superbowl, taking into account
- where he is, what color clothes he's wearing, what the angle between
- the planet Zog and Earth is, etc. Therefore it's possible that your
- friend could win the superbowl because "winning the superbowl" and
- "the universe" are both infinite sets.
