  12.  I need some information about circulation fluids used in thermal chambers.

  15.  The circulation fluids will be used in testing setup to check computer
  16. chips at temperatures around -100 C to -50 C. The fluid will used in
  17. the thermal chamber to maintain a constant temperature, and it should be
  18. insulating but with a high thermal conductivity. I heard about some organic
  19. based fluids, but need more information.
