  15. Does anyone know of any fortran routines available to solve
  16. tridiagonal systems using cyclic reduction?  I would like something
  17. along the lines of the routines in _Numerical Recipes_ (W. H. Press 
  18. et al., 1986, Cambridge University Press); unfortunately, that
  19. book does not have a cyclic reduction routine.  I realize that
  20. the LIBSCI library on the Cray's has such routines, but I need
  21. to have a portable code.
