  18. Amazing - if it would actually be cheaper to generate more electricity,
  19. why don't all power plants run flat out all the time, and have gigantic
  20. banks of resistors to radiate away the heat caused by shunting the
  21. unneeded electricity to them?  Something's wrong here....
