  36. One internet address for USEPA is epaibm.rtpnc.epa.gov, through which one 
  37. can access EPA's Online Library System. Telnet works, but TN3270 (ibm 3270 
  38. emulator ) is better.

  40. I found this by using the new gopher space searcing, called Veronica. I 
  41. checked your local gopher at Technet in Singapore, and its available there.
  42. This source may give you additional access options. Other sources are 
  43. the Internet Resource Guide, and the news groups with "internet" in their 
  44. name.
