  11. I remember recently reading in the newspaper and seeing on the tv that new 
  12. legislation in the USA required diesel fuel to be sulfer free and all diesel 
  13. cars and light trucks to be equiped with a diesel catalyst.
  14.  
  15. Would someone be kind enough to tell me when this new legislation is to take 
  16. effect and how long before only non-sulfer diesel becomes widely available?
