- Why aren't we switching to meti metric faster? Simple: economics. Although
- calculation and measurement would be easier (cheaper) in metric vs.
- English (yes, we still blame them for this system of units!), the change
- would have a tremendous short term cost. Think about why the rest of the world
- hasn't learned English (the language, now, not the units) yet...
