- Hello. I like to get some feedback ;) on what people think of the text
- Linear System Theory by Frank Callier and C. Desoer. I have just started
- a Intro. to Linear Systems course, and there is no required textbook for the
- class. The professor mentioned that this book might be good as a supplement
- to his lectures.
-
- So do people think it's worth the $75 Cdn., or do you think there is
- some better (and cheaper) text out there I should be aware of?
-
- By the way, I have completed the usual systems and signal analysis courses,
- a course in classical control theory, in which we we used "Feedback and
- Control Theory" by Doyle, Francis and Tannenbaum as the text, and my math
- background is sufficient. Also, I plan on doing control stuff in grad
- school.
-
- Many thanks for your help.
