  21. If you are willing to pay the fee (around $30, I think), you can walk in
  22. off the street.  You need to prove you are part of the "industry."  This
  23. normally means a business card and another form of ID.  I had no 
  24. problem with my AT&T business card at CES last summer in Chicago.
