  13. I am looking for 20-pin DIP 4Mbit (1Mx4) 80ns DRAMs.  I don't know whether
  14. they're rare or whether I'm looking in the wrong places, but only one catalog
  15. I've looked in lists it and that supplier doesn't even have it in stock.

  17. Does anyone know of a supplier that has this chip with 90%+ certainty?
