  13. Does anyone know of any (small quanity) sources for either:

  15.     80515   Siemans microcontroller
  16.     80517    Signectics microcontroller
  17.  
  18.     These are based on the 8031 type controllers,
  19.         with additional ports/timers/built in ADC etc.
  20.  
  21.     Just looking for a source of SMALL quanities of
  22.     (2 to 20) these chips.

  24.     [Yes, I've heard lead times have gone from 12 to
  25.     46 weeks on some of these devices!]
