  13. Home Depot in Northern California has started carrying "electronic"
  14. ballasts made by GE. The package says they are electronic but they
  15. weigh the same as a regular ballast. The salesmen there of course are
  16. completely clueless. "What frequency does this operate at?" "60 Hz".

  19. electronic ballasts anyway.
