  12. We are looking for a reasonably priced (<$1500 ) PC based oscilloscope
  13. [/spectrum analyzer] for an electronics course for graduate 
  14. electrophysiology students, with the following features:
  15.  
  16.     minimum 2 channels
  17.     the more samples/second the merrier
  18.     full triggering capabilities (+/-, external, pre, post)
  19.     good software, i.e. well-thought-out user interface
  20.     spectrum analysis, if we can get it in this price range.
