- I had the same question and when I pushed for an answer they
- finally conceded that (1) the display would be slightly dimmer and
- (2) they were concerned that people would mix standard batteries
- with nicads. They said that my game would not be harmed
- by using nicads and so far (6 months) they seem to be correct.
