- my house is zoned baseboard.( three thermostats ). While this was not an
- overly expensive system ( see 'this old house' for those... ) it
- clearly uses _alot_ more copper than an non-zoned system.
- I'll also add the ( somewhat obvious ) point that there is no gain
- by having zones that are not pretty well isolated from each other.

- if you missed the TOH heater episode, they did up a house with
- some 20 zones. The distribution 'manifold' took up one wall in
- the basement. I think they had a Cray controling it ( donated of course ).
