  13. I have a question that someone out there may know the
  14. answer to...

  16. What effect would inverting the color burst do? (180 out of
  17. phase)??  Would the colors be "Backward"?? making a light 
  18. brown color a green color?? (Like with inverse video)?

  20. I (Like some others I have spoken to) use the Universal
  21. Descrambler on a non-scrambled channel, and get good, accurate
  22. color, but when a scrambled chanell is tuned in, the collors
  23. are incorrect (Faces look green).  I have noticed that when
  24. the vertical lock is NOT correct, the color's sometimes are
  25. correct.  I have also noticed that if the polarity of the
  26. video is reversed (Neg/pos) even though the images are
  27. reversed, the color is correct.

  29. My idea was to put the color burst 180 out of phase (This can
  30. be done with the spare NAND and spare 4053 (to make it
  31. selectable)) but before I try, I wanted to know if anyone out
  32. there had any better ideas? or for some reason thinks I am not
  33. on the right track.
